Hello! I am Red Silk, or Silk for short. I am a beautiful yearling filly, a Standardbred x Hackney Horse. I have long legs and am a beautiful mover. I am currently being line driven from the ground to help prepare me for what lies ahead! I do not spook much and take on everything new with a confident attitude! **UPDATE** I have accepted a saddle and rider on my back and did very well! My training with a rider will now progress until my special someone comes along to give me a forever home! The people at HOPE say I would make a beautiful dressage prospect when I am of age, but I think I would even like to try jumping, endurance or pleasure driving...heck, maybe even saddleseat? Anyone game for that! I am really hoping for a forever home soon so that I can start learning have someone consistently be hanging out with me!
