The Shini USA SG-1635H Low Speed Staggered Blade Granulators use a unique blade cutting design manufactured from D2 steel ensuring well proportioned granules with minimal amounts of dust.

A tilt back hopper makes all components accessible for easy cleaning and maintenance with easy blade removal.

The Industrial Granulators are designed for high shear and heavy volume for use in injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming. All models include a vacuum take off bin.

The Shini USA size reduction equipement is operator friendly and safe to operate ensuring excellent performance. The Beside the Press Granulators are used for grinding sprues, runners and rejected parts. The plastics granulators may be used with robot feed, conveyor feed or hand feed operations.
