Are You Selling A Restaurant or Bakery ?
We need each other!!!
We want to buy a Restaurant or Bakery nothing big and fancy just a place my family can call there own in the Cleveland area.
We would work it and work it hard. That would be My wife and I and our four hard working daughters.
You supply the place and the equipment.
We supply the dedication, determination, drive and the guts not to give up.
We need a total of $2,000.00 (for the whole family) take home pay per month. Also money to keep the shop open. The rest you keep until we pay you off then we take ownership. In today’s economy what a way to get money for your place when others are being occupied by spider webs.
Do I believe I will get such a deal? No not really.
I actually got this idea from one of my favorite movies starring John Wayne “The Sons of Katie Elder” this man took a business chance on some brothers he didn’t even know. Maybe someone in today’s world will have the gumption to do the same.
